Enjoy summer mindfulness classes sitting with stones. Explore using your senses to connect with nature and self. Discover how mindfulness can be a tool for finding peace in these chaotic times. Take a Sunday afternoon to practice listening with the senses. Engage in practices for finding calm in the midst of these stressful times. Arrive with a busy or worried mind. Participate in a mindfulness class outside with the stones.  Leave with a calm heart.  

$15 per class includes coffee/tea and refreshments.  Register by email – or go to 

Enjoy the outdoor setting at Foothills Stone 4415 Eldridge St, Golden, CO 80403.  Hope to reserve a stone for you. 

Carol combines western and eastern approaches to share teachings that support the journey through transitions. She blends her 20 years of experience in public administration as a former city manager and community development consultant with 15 years of service as a counselor and Buddhist priest.  With certifications in Japanese Psychology, Applied Existential Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness Instruction, Carol tailors techniques to meet individual needs. Participants often leave her workshops with techniques that work for them.
